Guests were introduced to the new look Marque brand which included the ironically named conference rooms and superb culinary delights of new chef, James Leadbetter (details coming soon). Management have aligned the theme of the hotel with its close proximity to Sydney’s theatre district (Capitol etc). This is reflected in the names of the conference rooms, as per below and the name of the restaurant- Script. The conference rooms pay homage to high profile Australian actors, who are as memorable and ‘remarqueable’ as the Marque experience.
