With Spring coming up the Relais Borgo San Felice in Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena), Italy, reopens and offers Haute Cuisine and warm hospitality to those who desire to spend their holidays in the heart of Chianti. Part of the medieval village of San Felice has been transformed in the Relais Borgo San Felice, which now is part of the Relais&Chateaux circuit. It counts 43 rooms and suites located in the manor and some of the medieval stone houses. The Relais offers the possibility to do sports, use the innovative wellness centre and taste Chianti’s traditional food and wine. In the elegant Hotel there is the restaurant "Poggio Rosso", managed by the famous Chef Antonio Fallini, who proposes regional specialities and renowned wines from the commercial farm “Agricola San Felice”.
