luxurious duplex villas, including 21 over-the-water duplex villas which are the first of its kind in Maldives.
Villas at Raffles Resort Konottaa are either set on the white sand beach or built over the water, offering residents unfettered views of the sparkling azure sea. All villas are generously sized at a minimum of 118 square metres, and each boasts a private plunge pool, gazebo and terrace for al fresco dining as well as an elegantly appointed bathroom with an island bath. Residents at Raffles Resort Konottaa who wish to soak up the sun in privacy, will be able to do so on their personal sun deck located on the second level of their villa, which comes complete with a spa pool and an open shower. The Water Villas will additionally feature glass panels strategically placed in the verandah and bedroom, affording residents a view of the marine life below.
