The Renaissance St. Louis Hotel Airport is proud to introduce Mitch Platt as the new Director of Sales for the renowned Saint Louis airport hotel.

The Renaissance St. Louis Hotel Airport is proud to introduce Mitch Platt as the new Director of Sales for the renowned Saint Louis airport hotel.

Mitch Platt is no stranger to the hospitality industry. With over 23 years of hospitality experience, he spent the last six years with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises as their Corporate Sales Manager for the Southeast, Central and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Platt also has 17 years of hotel experience that started in 1984 with an eight year Midwest stint with Marriott Corporation, followed by nine years with Interstate Corporation in the South Florida market. As Director of Group Sales at the Marriott Resorts in Key West, FL, Director of Hotel Sales at the Boca Raton Marriott and another hotel in Miami, Platt is more than ready to take on St. Louis.

A native of Chicago originally, Platt earned his Business degree at Indiana University. He then went on to receive his Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina before beginning his career in the hospitality industry.
