Koloa landing on Kauai will be Outrigger Condominium collection's newest addition

Outrigger Enterprises Group is pleased to announce it has been selected to manage Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach, a new
24-acre, luxury resort condominium project currently under construction on the southern tip of Kauai at Poipu. The project is the first major oceanside real estate development in the Poipu area since 1990 and the newest master-planned "resort-style" community in Hawaii. Construction of the $285
million project is currently underway with anticipated completion of the first phase in 2009.
"We are excited to have been selected to manage the Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach, and we look forward to providing owners and guests with the very best in service to match the quality and luxurious accommodations that will define the Koloa Landing experience," said Steve Winter, vice president of Outrigger's Condominium Collection.
Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach will comprise 323 upscale resort condominiums with luxury resort amenities and services. Designed by Group 70 International, Inc., of Honolulu, the resort will feature spacious two-, three- and four-bedroom units, many with sweeping ocean views. Large,
private lanais will join interior and exterior living areas, with floor-to-ceiling, wall to wall glass patio doors ensuring uninterrupted views.
Resort condominiums will be crafted with the finest custom finishes, such as natural wood doors, moldings and baseboards throughout; natural stone and wood flooring that flow out to the lanai. Interior appointments will include
complete kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances, granite counters and backsplash; five-piece baths with two-person soaker tubs, glass-encased showers and deluxe fixtures; walk-in closets and en suite laundry areas.
Each condo will come equipped with air conditioning, and high-speed internet access.
The resort's expansive grounds will embrace Hawaii's beauty and tropical ambiance with water elements that include cascading streams, four lagoon-type pools with rock islands, waterfalls, swim through grotto/cave and a waterslide. Thatched roof cabanas tucked among the palm trees will be
set among indigenous flora, tiki torch-lit pathways, large "sunset" lanais and inviting hammocks.
Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach (www.koloalanding.com) is being developed by Poipu Beach Villas, LLC.
According to Winter, when the project is complete Koloa Landing at Poipu Beach will be another perfect accommodation choice for travelers to enjoy a Hawaiian style dream vacation with the same unsurpassed hospitality as all
of Outrigger's properties. "The property will be Outrigger's fourth resort condominium on the island of Kauai enabling us to leverage our well established, highly successful sales and marketing network," Winter said.
Currently, visitors to the Garden Island can enjoy Outrigger's signature hospitality at the Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation, also in Poipu; and the Outrigger at Lae nani and Outrigger Waipouli Beach resorts, both on Kauai's eastern shore.
