L’hôtel Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, a rouvert le 13 mars 2023, suite à son magnifique projet de rénovation et d’extension.
Depuis son inauguration en 1913, l’établissement n’a jamais connu pareille transformation. 110 ans après son ouverture, la « Grande Dame » est entrée dans un nouveau siècle et c'est avec bonheur que nous écrivons le prochain chapitre de son histoire.
L’hôtel est entièrement rénové et dispose de deux ailes prolongées dévoilant de nouvelles suites, d’un jardin intérieur de 2000m² agrémenté d’un bar et d’une piscine à débordement, d’un fitness & spa et d’un centre de conférence de 1800m².
Nous avons doublé notre croissance, augmenté de 40% notre surface d’exploitation, mais notre engagement dans le respect de l’environnement s’est traduit par une baisse de 18% de nos consommations d’énergie. De plus, à partir du 1er janvier 2025, 100% de notre électricité sera verte.

Operational Marketing Manager (F/H)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing, Communication and PR team as our Operational Marketing Manager.
You will work closely with our MCP department, to support and implement the team's strategy envolving the ambience of the hotel and its different outlets.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of Marketing plans linked with the operations, handling day-to-day tasks, and optimizing ongoing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Implementation and Support:
- Assist in executing the MCP strategy
- Collaborate to ensure seamless elaboration and realization of campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive artistic vision and strategy for the organization in conjunction with the MCP team and General Manager
- Oversee all aspects of the organization's artistic programming, including the planning and execution of events, music, lighting (ambience) and bespoke fragrance concepts throughout the hotel:
- Select and direct artists and performers, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Cultivate relationships with artists, performers, donors, sponsors, and the community.
- Manage the organization's budget and resources, ensuring that they are effectively utilized to achieve the organization's goals.
Content Creation & Management:
- Support in the creation of brief and content for various communication channels.
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of content on all platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy.
Project Execution:
- Take ownership of specific Marketing projects, managing their end-to-end execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
- Assist in organizing and managing Marketing/ PR events and other communication and media-related activities.
Public Relations & Influence:
- Follow up with our PR agency to make sure we follow the planning
- Help manage media inquiries, press coverage, and public relations efforts to increase brand visibility, including the welcoming of journalists and influencers.
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and coordinating team activities.
- Provide logistical support for MCP events, ensuring all materials and resources are in place.
- Maintain an up-to-date database and manage distribution lists.
QUALIFICATIONS
To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
? Master's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
? 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communication, PR, or a similar role.
? Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
? Perfect command of English required.
? Experience with social media management, press relations and content production.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
? Proficiency in communication tools
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
