Following the success of its recent Penfolds clinic and winemaker dinner, the Conrad Singapore has introduced a range of fine Penfolds wines by the glass.
Conrad Singapore recently welcomed Penfolds’ top winemakers, Andrew Baldwin and Peter Gago, who hosted an exclusive re-corking clinic followed by dinner comprising Cantonese cuisine matched to Penfolds stunning wines.
The success of this event has led to a special collaboration with what many consider to be Australia’s leading winery. Until 4 November guests at the Conrad Singapore will be able to taste an exclusive selection of Penfolds' cuvées by the glass including Penfolds Thomas Hyland Cabernet Sauvignon 2002 and Penfolds Private Release Chardonnay 2006.
