 Throughout April, Principe Bar at Dorchester Collection’s Hotel Principe di Savoia will host an exclusive takeover designed by Italian luxury fashion house Missoni

For this collaboration, Missoni has reinvented the design of Principe Bar with its iconic patterns, blending vibrant hues, fine fabrics, and elegant design features to create an immersive experience. The updates encompass Missoni cushions, tables, stools, and accessories.
The experience is complemented by an exclusive selection of signature cocktails curated by the hotel’s bar manager Daniele Celli, which pay homage to the vibrant aesthetics.
The menu incorporates Missoni’s collaboration with Malfy Gin, with the limited edition gin included in two cocktails. The Malfy Original Negroni is a reinterpretation of the timeless classic and combines Malfy Gin Original, Italian Bitter Aperitif, and Sweet Vermouth for an intense and elegant result. The Malfy x Missoni Sunset Spritz has citrus and fruity notes and is based on Malfy Gin Rosa with white peach syrup, lemon juice, Fever Tree Soda Water, champagne, and a touch of Angostura Bitters.
For those who enjoy bolder flavours, the Spicy Mezcal Margarita offers an intriguing balance between Altos Tequila, Vida Mezcal, agave, lime, and Chipotle Liqueur, delivering a spicy note. The special menu ends with The White Pearl, a non-alcoholic alternative with a refreshing taste, made with Gin 0, orgeat, lime, and soda.
Accompanying the drinks list is a selection of canapés curated by the hotel’s executive chef, Matteo Gabrielli designed to pair perfectly with the cocktails and reflect the elegance and creativity of the brand.
