T’ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong has retained its three MICHELIN stars for the tenth consecutive year, reaffirming its place among the most distinguished Cantonese restaurants in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau.

The milestone achievement was announced at today’s launch event for the 2025 edition of the publication, where Yat Tung Heen at Eaton HK – another of Hong Kong’s top Cantonese restaurants – earned one MICHELIN star for the ninth consecutive year.

Both establishments and the hotels that house them are operated by Langham Hospitality Group (LHG), underscoring the company’s continued commitment to delivering world-class Cantonese cuisine and first-rate restaurant experiences.

These MICHELIN star wins reiterate the dedication and expertise of our chefs, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff, whose combined efforts result in truly outstanding culinary journeys,” Langham Hospitality Group CEO Bob van den Oord said.

T’ang Court’s continued success over the past decade reflects our commitment to serving the very best in Cantonese cuisine, while Yat Tung Heen’s sustained recognition speaks to the consistency and quality of our Cantonese fare across the Group. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues at both venues and remain devoted to upholding the highest restaurant standards at all our hotels.”

Renowned for its authentic Cantonese dishes, T’ang Court combines opulent surroundings with exquisite flavours to create a dining journey that is both elevated and deeply rooted in tradition.

Under the guidance of Chef Wong Chi Fai and his talented team, the restaurant offers a menu centred on seasonal delicacies, timeless Cantonese classics, and artfully crafted dim sum, all prepared with the finest ingredients. This dedication to culinary mastery also extends beyond Hong Kong to six other T’ang Court locations in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hefei, Haikou, Jakarta, and Gold Coast, each bringing the restaurant’s renowned heritage and craftsmanship to new audiences.

Complementing the legacy of T’ang Court, Yat Tung Heen has also distinguished itself as a premier destination for Cantonese food.

Offering a menu that embraces the spirit of family-style dining, the restaurant serves expertly prepared sharing plates that celebrate the richness and variety of the celebrated cuisine’s flavours. Its inviting ambience, inspired by the taverns of 1920s Shanghai, provides a stylish yet nostalgic setting where guests can enjoy refined yet approachable dishes crafted with the utmost dedication to quality and tradition.
