ALMA NAMES NGO THI THU NGAN AS DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (Vietnam)

Ngo Thi Thu Ngan, a hospitality professional with two decades’ experience mostly working for five-star hotels and resorts, has been appointed director of human resources at Alma Resort Cam Ranh.

The Vietnamese national joins the award-winning 30-hectare beachfront resort on Vietnam’s Cam Ranh peninsula after working as the director of talents and culture at nearby Movenpick Resort Cam Ranh.

Before that, she was the human resource director at Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Cam Ranh and the human resource director at Glow Scenia Nha Trang Bay Hotel.

She has also worked as a human resources manager at Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa, an assistant director at Tan Viet Corporate, and as an assistant director at Khanh Hoa Trading and Investment Company.

She studied a Bachelor of Law majoring in international and common law at Ho Chi Minh City’s University of Law, and worked in law before moving into hospitality. She has also studied numerous certificates.

Alma Resort’s managing director Herbert Laubichler-Pichler said she was an excellent fit to oversee the resort’s workforce.

Ngan’s rich and diversified experience has seen her develop terrific leaderships and management skills,” Laubichler-Pichler said.
