RISE (Refine and Invest in Skill Enhancement Programme) aims to provide education, training, and guaranteed hospitality careers to young individuals from diverse backgrounds.
With RISE, The Oberoi Group extends its dedication to nurturing talent and empowering communities.
By 2025, RISE will on-board 1,800–2,000 trainees annually, training them in Food & Beverage Service, Kitchen Operations , Front Office, Housekeeping and Laundry.
Selection will be conducted through premier skilling institutes like Job Plus, the Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
This initiative celebrates The Oberoi Group’s storied history while addressing the evolving needs of the hospitality industry. Over nine decades, The Oberoi Group has not only been synonymous with world-class hospitality but also with cultivating talent, fostering innovation, and driving positive societal impact.
