The half-day Watchmaking and Whisky Experience begins with a private tour of the Roger Dubuis manufacture. Here, surrounded by masterful mechanics and fervent creativity, guests can witness the Maison’s bold approach to watchmaking, known as Hyper Horology, which combines the finest traditions with daring innovation. It’s a chance to uncover the cutting-edge of Swiss ingenuity and see exactly how Roger Dubuis engineers its prestigious calibres from start to finish.
The morning then moves beyond the viewing floor, as guests are given the chance to test their own watchmaking skills, by carefully assembling and disassembling the components of an intricate Roger Dubuis movement.

In keeping with the spirt of tradition and innovation, this distinctive whisky is aged in a single Xérés wine cask in Burgundy, where it develops a rich complexity filled with smokiness and subtlety. Salvatore’s expert mixology is expressed through his own unique cocktail creation, served alongside a selection of Izumi’s signature bites, prepared by the Hotel’s Japanese chef, Toshikazu Kato.
