Launching in 13 countries1, the new service not only strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s digital capabilities but also elevates the guest experience by offering a more comprehensive and convenient booking solution, making travel planning easier and more efficient than ever before.
After a strong start to H1 2024 with significant milestones achieved across its global brand portfolio, this offering reinforces Radisson Hotel Group’s commitment to enriching the guest experience.
A key benefit of this service, powered by Etraveli Group’s innovative technology, is that it enhances the customer service experience by allowing guests to directly book flights whilst also booking a hotel.
By offering flight bookings alongside hotel reservations, guests save valuable time when planning trips. They will also benefit from automated booking services, instant availability updates and immediate rate information for various flights via an online platform.
