Around the BARNES Mougins team, "Un Moment Barnes" offers a convivial restaurant and food and wine experiences, as well as an art gallery, a bookshop and a wine shop.
Founded almost 30 years ago by Heidi Barnes, and developed by Thibault de Saint Vincent, BARNES is today a luxury Maison in its own right, striving for excellence for its customers and promoting the French art of living on an international scale.
"Un Moment Barnes" is the successor to "Un Moment chez Mémé", an unmissable meeting place in the Cannes hinterland, combining culture and gourmet delights, well known to Mougin residents.
BARNES wanted to preserve the soul of the place, while enhancing its offering and adding its own DNA.
With "Un Moment Barnes", the group is offering its customers a place to live in Mougins dedicated to celebrating the art of living and the pleasures of food and wine.
This new- generation agency features a restaurant with Mediterranean accents, under the leadership of Chef Thomas Letellier.
The restaurant, run by Aymeric Francelin, boasts a vast shaded terrace overlooking a landscaped garden, as well as a pétanque court.
The bookshop offers a fine selection of books dedicated to the art of living: art & architecture, yachting, sailing, gastronomy, classic cars, horses, golf, hunting - all themes dear to BARNES, celebrating all the passions of its prestigious clientele. There is also an art gallery showcasing emerging artists.
A wine expert will oversee Barnes Fine Wines, who will be showcasing a range of top-flight wines that pay tribute to local terroirs, while guiding customers in their choice of the finest vintages. Three private lounges are also available for hire.
This multifunctional space dedicated to the art of living was designed by Didier Six, Director of Operations, and interior designer Manon Koenig-Malla, in a "casual chic" spirit.
With a wealth of experience in the property and restaurant sectors, Caroline Metout, Director of BARNES Mougins, will be delighted to welcome clients and visitors to this new space in the heart of the Saint-Basile district of Mougins.
Through "Un Moment Barnes", Thibault de Saint-Vincent, President, aims to strengthen ties with his clients by giving them the opportunity to share convivial moments.
