Langham Hospitality Group will continue to prioritise the procurement of cage-free eggs at its hotels (including fresh-shell eggs, liquid-pasteurised eggs and egg products), with the aim of increasing the percentages of eggs sourced across its operating markets that are cage-free.

The company is pleased to share the following data, which reflects the positive steps it has taken to further this aim over the last year in the face of sizable demand increases and ongoing supply challenges.

Those steps included a voluntary exercise to enhance the mechanisms its hotels use to quantify cage-free eggs.
2022 performance* 2023 performance
Asia Pacific 12% 14%
Europe & North America 58% 70%
Overall 24% 23%

* Updated per latest quantification mechanisms.
