The pop-up is open daily from 1pm to midnight (kitchen until 10:45 pm) and can be experienced until 31 August.

The premises of the hotel restaurant, including the spacious terrace, are now dedicated to Zuma.

An impressive image of Zuma's signature indigo texture is featured on an almost entire wall of the restaurant.

Created by the Japanese collective BUAISOU specifically for Zuma with handcrafted perfection, the artwork was photographed and digitally manipulated to create the final ZUMA indigo texture, which has, in a close-up version, become Zuma's trademark and can be found on all materials associated with Zuma.

In addition, pictures of the interiors of various Zuma restaurants from around the world adorn other walls and underline the international character of the concept.

The table setting is classically Japanese and focused on the essentials, inviting guests to concentrate on the food.

Exciting cocktail creations and signature dishes such as fillet of Chilean sea bass, spicy fillet of beef with sesame seeds or the thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, delight the eyes and palate.

The signature dishes are also perfectly accompanied by the Zuma Junmai Ginjo sake produced especially and exclusively for Zuma. This comes from Kimura Shuzo and is not available anywhere except in the Zuma restaurants.

In the outdoor area with the impressive Robata grill, 46 seats await guests.

Inside, there are around 80 seats and a private dining room where guests can enjoy contemporary Japanese cuisine based on the Izakaya concept.

Rainer Becker explains: “An izakaya is a place where people from all walks of life come together - artists sit next to business people and everyone can enjoy the food, drinks and ambience. Zuma is a refined and sophisticated concept, always located in a timeless setting and with an impressive selection of dishes whose ingredients have been expertly selected to meet the standards of authentic Japanese cuisine.”

A playlist curated by Zuma adds to the ambiance of the restaurant and underlines the lively character of the Zuma concept.

Ultimate luxury experience will end on 2024-08-31
