Helmed by legendary French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, La Dame de Pic London achieved its first Michelin star only eight months after opening in 2017 and was awarded its second Michelin star two years later.
La Dame de Pic London and the partnership with the world’s most decorated female chef, Anne-Sophie Pic, speaks to Four Seasons unwavering dedication to culinary excellence.
This recognition marks the latest in Four Seasons roster of Michelin-star restaurants, currently shining with 32 stars across 25 restaurants in 20 hotels and resorts globally, along with countless additional culinary accolades.
These achievements underscore the luxury hospitality leader's continued commitment to culinary excellence, with 600+ unique restaurants, bars and lounges within 128 hotels in 47 countries.
The iconic 45-cover dining room is relaxed and contemporary in feel, with thick mirror-clad pillars and large windows that flood the room with natural light.
La Dame de Pic London also boasts a private dining room that can seat up to twelve guests around a central table with its own private bar.
Here, an exquisite bespoke menu is served, featuring signature dishes including Les Berlingots, where Pasta Parcels are filled with Wild Mushrooms, Pineapple Weed and Bergamot; and Wild Seabass and Caviar; and the White Millefeuille.
A culinary trailblazer, Anne-Sophie Pic and her restaurant bring a French elegance and fine-dining cuisine experience to the City of London.
Speaking of the accomplishment, Anne-Sophie enthuses: “It is truly humbling to uphold the distinction of two Michelin stars for the fourth consecutive year. Sustaining the uncompromising standards that define the dining experience at La Dame de Pic London is a collective commitment from our dedicated team. I extend my deepest gratitude to each member for their unwavering dedication, ensuring that our guests consistently experience the culinary excellence they have come to expect.”
This year, guests wishing to immerse themselves in the leading culinary scene at the Hotel are invited to experience La Dame de Pic London’s esteemed Non-Alcoholic Wine Pairing Menu.
By means of steeping, steaming, smoking and marinating, aromas are enhanced to create new flavours in both the dishes and drinks.
