The new menu will take guests on a culinary journey across Great Britain, with local dishes ranging from line caught seabream from Cornwall, to lobster from Dingwall and organic salt marsh lamb from Denbighshire.

Produce from the British summer harvest including heirloom tomatoes and aubergine feature prominently on the menu, and dishes are complemented with locally sourced accompaniments such as orach, kombu, foraged fig leaves and more.

Speaking of the menu, Chef Evens Lopez says, “British produce is among the best in world and Chef Anne-Sophie and I are both passionate about the locality and seasonality of our menu here at La Dame de Pic London. We’re proud to work with renowned partners and suppliers across the country to ensure guests can enjoy a culinary experience with origins that can be traced from sea, farm or earth to plate.”

A seasonally inspired iteration of Chef Anne-Sophie’s signature dish Les Berlingots also features on the menu and is comprised of Baron Bigod, a silky brie-style cheese from Suffolk and seasonal British petit pois. Named after the traditional French sweet that Anne-Sophie loved as a child, Les Berlingots is a savoury ravioli-style pasta created in the distinct Berlingots shape.

The menu is complemented by a selection of two beverage pairings that showcase the versatility of unsung drinks. Examples include Manzanilla dry Sherry, which has historic connections to Britain and was favoured by Henry I in the 12th century, and oolong tea.

La Dame de Pic London’s summer menu is available until September 2023, and features three tasting menus with prices from GBP 100 for a four-course lunch tasting menu.
