Over 200 Owners, Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Communications executives from over 120 Leading Hotels joined LHW’s global team for three days of inspiring business content and meaningful networking opportunities.

LHW sales, marketing, technology and distribution leaders from around the world shared actionable insights and strategies to support member hotels' revenue generation, providing tangible takeaways on how to leverage LHW and industry-leading tools to empower their success.

The conference included a dynamic mix of thought leadership presentations and panel discussions, business sessions and workshops and one-to-one meetings with LHW's global team.

A roster of influential speakers took to the mainstage including LHW’s executive leadership team: Chris Walker, Phil Koserowski, Lauren Alba, Deniz Omurgonulsen and Michael Lederman.

Additionally, founder of trend forecasting agency Globetrender, Jenny Southan, spoke to the group and strategic partners including Hotelbeds, Sabre Hospitality, DayBlink GPO, Mason Rose PR, 80 DAYS, Intelity, Sojern, Canary Technologies, Mews, and IDeaS joined insightful panel discussions and workshops.

The scope of support LHW offers its 400+ members was highlighted through developments including the evolution of the Leaders Club loyalty programme, the new LHW Mobile App, advantageous business partnerships negotiated through Leading Strategic Sourcing and deeper, personalized support from LHW’s global offices.

Evenings included engaging networking moments, a Bavarian cultural event and an experiential dinner. All conference activities took place in an around Munich and at LHW’s host property, Hotel Bayerischer Hof.

Reminding participants that for almost 100 years, LHW has been at the service of its member hotels, Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer Chris Walker closed the conference by inviting member hotels and partner to actively engage with the brand, select the relevant tools for their businesses and to continue collaborating: “We at Leading exist to help you be successful. This is a truly collaborative effort”.

The three-day Sales Marketing & Distribution Conference concluded with an entertaining Farewell Dinner at BMW World.

An evening filled with enjoyment and excitement welcomed LHW’s guests as they made new connections and shared takeaways with their industry colleagues and friends. In the spirit of sustainability, LHW arranged for all delegates’ CO2 to be offset via ClimatePartner, in support of a project to plant more resilient woodlands in Germany.

The 2024 Sales Marketing and Distribution Conference will be held May 30 – June 1 in Stockholm, Sweden at LHW host hotel Grand Hotel Stockholm.
