Beautifully appointed and for up to six guests, the 380 sq m private residence offers luxury living with a fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, and sophisticated lounge and dining area, perfect for those who wish to enjoy a five-star Venetian experience.
A chef, sommelier, concierge, and full waiting staff can all be arranged for hosting intimate events.Adding to the sense of privacy, guests in residence can come and go discreetly by gondola or boat via a private pier.
