The 12-month programme came to an end this week, as candidates graduated at a ceremony at Moxy & Residence Inn Slough, in front of their mentors, General Managers and senior members of the Cycas Hospitality executive team.
Over the course of the year-long programme, candidates took part in a range of masterclasses, including Commercial, Finance, People & Culture and Leadership modules, equipping these promising stars of the future with the key skills and experience to progress their career in hospitality.
Janet Roberts, Chief People & Culture Officer at Cycas Hospitality, said: “We’re working every day to develop Europe’s best hospitality team, and the Cyfari programme is central to how we build and inspire the talent of tomorrow. I’m incredibly pleased that since launching the programme, more than half of our graduates have successfully been promoted within our organisation, assuming senior operational and front of house roles across our 45+ hotels.”
The Cyfari programme will return in 2023, offering an even greater number of employees the opportunity to develop their career with Cycas.
Congratulations to all 2022 Cyfari Graduates: Mihaela Grigoras, Philip Robson, Harry Cox, Aaron Mavar, Adriaan Maritz, Andrew Howell, Pino Dispinseri, Seema Thomson, Tiffany Monange, Alice Lebrun and Guillermo Sanchez.
