Latitude 33, a chic resort-style poolside lounge, named after Casablanca’s geographical setting, reopens its doors to guests at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca.

Ideally located by the pool and surrounded with lush vegetation, the trendy al-fresco dining terrace offers a revamped menu featuring specialties inspired by different countries on the 33rd parallel.

And to enjoy a dinner under the stars, the restaurant extends its opening hours for the season offering an unmatched dinner experience in the White City.

This season’s menu offers a refreshing selection of salads and appetizers, sushi, grilled meats, seafood and smash burgers.

The Mexican-inspired avocado salad with spicy guacamole, braised sucrine lettuce and roasted almonds is the perfect beginning of the meal. The journey continues with an Indian butter chicken, traditionally known as murgh makhani, marinated in yoghurt and garam masala and served with basmati rice and cashew nuts.

Patrons can also delight in the best of locally sourced seafood, freshly caught from the Atlantic, including Moroccan-style seabass, Argentinian spicy seafood pasta or lobster on the grill. Ending this culinary journey on a sweet note, guests can savour one of the delightful desserts such as the magnum shaped cheesecake.

Poolside Barbecue

The bespoke poolside barbecue makes its grand return this year. Every Sunday, the culinary team fires up the barbecue, offering a decadent buffet and a selection of fine grilled meat and seafood.

Guests are invited to relax and linger by the pool while their favourite cuts are grilled to perfection.

Latitude 33 is open daily for Hotel guests and local patrons alike, offering a day pass option to lose track of time in the secluded oasis and delight in a unique dining experience.
