1. The Chester Grosvenor & Spa, United Kingdom

The Chester Grosvenor & Spa is home to the remarkable Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor restaurant which has retained its Michelin Star for an impressive 23 years. Located in the heart of historic Chester, Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor offers exceptional seasonal menus, using fresh local produce and the restaurant also features one of the most extensive wine cellars in England. Renowned British Chef, Simon Radley has a long affiliation with The Chester Grosvenor & Spa having joined the property in 1986. After taking a couple of years to broaden his experience elsewhere, Simon returned to the property in 1988 and has since played an instrumental role in establishing the excellent cuisine and service the restaurant is known for today.

Located in central Barcelona, ABaC Restaurant & Hotel is one of the premier luxury hotels in Catalonia, Spain. The property is distinctly known for its exceptional fusion cuisine which has earned ABaC Restaurant & Hotel two Michelin stars – one of only a handful of restaurants in Barcelona with such credentials. The restaurant is helmed by acclaimed Chef Jordi Cruz, who at the age of 25 became the youngest chef in Spain to receive a Michelin star.

4. Hotel Splendide Royal, Italy

A 19th-century palace overlooking the Villa Borghese gardens, Hotel Splendide Royal is home to one of the finest and most beautiful Italian restaurant in Rome – The Mirabelle. Hoshinoya Kyoto is known for its seasonal kaiseki cuisine that captures the essence of traditional Kyoto cuisine blended with sophisticated cooking techniques.
