Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) today announced that after conversion from another brand and a $10 million renovation, the Mt. Laurel Marriott Hotel has opened in Mt. Laurel, N.J. Ideally situated in the business district, the hotel -- the former Radisson located at 915 Route 73 -- is the first full-service Marriott in Mt. Laurel, N.J. The 283-room property now features Marriott's new luxurious bedding, a premier steakhouse, ML Prime Bar & Grill, and new meeting and public space. The franchised property is owned by Highland Hospitality Corporation and will be managed by Sage Hospitality.

"We're very excited to be part of the Marriott family of hotels, and we look forward to welcoming our past guests and introducing new visitors to this wonderful location. Our customers can expect a fresh guestroom design, flexible and updated meeting space, and the outstanding level of service that our guests have come to trust and rely on," said Damen Kompanowski, general manager, Mt. Laurel Marriott.

All guestrooms feature Marriott's new, more luxurious bedding with plusher mattresses, softer linens and more pillows. Replacing the traditional hotel bedspread is a down comforter nestled inside sheeted duvets, which will be freshly laundered for each new guest. The stylized bedding features 300- thread-count, cotton-rich, white top and fitted bottom sheets and is accented with euro shams, a decorative bed scarf and bolster. Other in-room amenities include a workspace with ergonomic desk and chair, high-speed wireless Internet access, telephone with data port and speaker phone, coffee maker, iron with ironing board, and cable TV with premium channels.

The Mt. Laurel Marriott is ideal for business and social occasions, offering a total of 10,400 square feet of well-appointed redesigned meeting space -- with the 4,648 square-foot Grand Ballroom, 1,680 square-foot Terrace Ballroom and 12 flexible breakout rooms. Technological capabilities include high-speed Internet access in all meeting rooms and comprehensive audiovisual facilities. A 24-hour business center is also available to meet guests' needs.

The Mt. Laurel Marriott is in close proximity to a myriad of restaurants and shopping destinations and nearby attractions including Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey Adventure Aquarium, USS Battleship New Jersey, Cherry Hill Mall, and the Garden State Discovery Museum. The hotel is located 22 miles away from Philadelphia International Airport. Downtown Philadelphia is 12 miles away.

The hotel's signature restaurant, ML Prime Bar & Grill, offers prime certified choice cuts of steak and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Lobby Bar features specialty cocktails and appetizers. Room service is also available.

Other hotel features include concierge floor, fitness center with upgraded amenities, heated outdoor pool, gift shop, laundry service and complimentary hotel guest parking.
