Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share of common stock payable to holders of record at the close of business on Friday, June 30, 2006. The dividend will be paid on Monday, July 17, 2006.
Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share of Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock and a quarterly dividend of $0.393 per share of Series C Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock to holders of record at the close of business on Friday, June 30, 2006. These dividends will be paid on Monday, July 17, 2006.
