Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB) (the “Company”) today announced that it has acquired Mondrian Los Angeles for $137.0 million. The 237-room, luxurious, full-service, boutique-style hotel is located in West Hollywood, California, along the famed Sunset Strip. The property will continue to be managed by Morgans Hotel Group (“Morgans”).
