Westin Flag Lands at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport; The Harvey Hotel DFW Airport Reflagged as The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) and The Procaccianti Group (TPG) announced today that the former Harvey Hotel DFW Airport is now reflagged as The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Following significant upgrades throughout the hotel totaling $25 million, the prestigious 506-room property is now distinguished with not only a new flag, but will feature all of the signature upscale amenities and services guests have come to expect from the Westin brand. TPG, a new New England-based, full service, privately owned hotel ownership, management, and construction company owns and manages the property.

"Our goal for the Westin brand is to provide accommodations that offer a retreat from the rigors of travel in which guests can relax and restore their mind, body and spirit in healthy ways."

Situated in Irving, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and 1.5 miles from DFW Airport, the immediate area provides instant access to upscale business, shopping and entertainment. DFW International Airport is the third busiest airport in the U.S. and has 1900 flights per day and serves 59 million passengers a year. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle service to DFW Airport throughout the day, as well as to a wide variety of companies in the DFW Airport area. The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport joins its sister property, Sheraton Grand Hotel DFW, as well as six other Sheraton and Westin properties in Dallas, in addition to W Dallas- Victory scheduled to open June 15, 2006.

Each of the 506 elegantly appointed guestrooms, including 58 luxurious suites, will feature Westin's signature Heavenly Bed(R) and Heavenly Bath(R). Guests at The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport will enjoy added amenities, such as rooms equipped with a large work area and a two-line speakerphone, wireless high speed Internet access, fully-stocked refreshment center and 24-hour inroom dining.

The hotel boasts 38,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with 31 breakouts all conveniently located on one level, as well as one of the largest ballrooms in Irving at 10,521 square feet. Additional guest services include WestinWORKOUT(R) Powered by Reebok fitness facility located on the top floor overlooking the pool and the DFW skyline.
