Lobster Gourmand Menu

During the month of July, treat yourself to Chef Philippe Orrico’s Lobster Gourmand Menu at St. George Restaurant. Indulge your taste buds and gastronomic senses with a delicious 5-course lobster menu featuring classics such as Traditional Lobster Bisque; Wild SeaBass and Lobster Claws with red wine sauce and girolle mushrooms; Blue Lobster Tail seasoned with cider reduction with Lardo diColonnata, roasted almonds, mushroom pasta and cuttlefish.

Duration: 1-31 July for Lunch and Dinner

New Vegetarian Lunch Menu

Inspired by seasonal ingredients and techniques, Loong Toh Yuen takes vegetarian cuisine back to tradition with a New Vegetarian Menu featuring delicacies such as Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumplings, Deep Fried Chinese Samosa and Stir-Fried Vegetarian Shrimp with mushrooms. This special vegetarian delights menu will be available in July during lunch.

Tastes of Old Hong Kong

Treat yourself to traditional Hong Kong cuisine and remember the almost forgotten Hong Kong dishes that make Hong Kong Cuisine special. Modern interpretations classics dishes including the Kowloon City savory boned chicken (九龍城路邊雞), Sai Kung stewed snail with chili sauce (西貢辣煮花螺) and “Cha Guo“ glutinous rice flour stuffed with red bean paste cake (大埔豆沙茶果).

Casual Lunch at Stables Grill

Nestled inside the old horse stables of the old Marine Police Head Quarters, the Stables Grill at Hullet House is the perfect place to enjoy casual dining in a relaxed and friendly environment. This July, Stables Grill offers a delicious 4-course lunch including the grill of your choice served with a chilled tomato soup, green salad and daily dessert.

During the evenings, come in and enjoy a selection of Traditional Spanish Tapas prepared by our resident guest Chef from Spain, Jordi Valles Claverol.

Summer Ice-cream Creations

Summer is here and Chef Alexis is feeling creative with ice-cream. Indulge in his new selection of ice-cream sundaes served at The Parlour throughout June. Flavors include The Green - Green apple sorbet with fresh melon and aragula, topped with crunchy pistachios; The Red - Rose water scented ice cream with sumptuous strawberries, raspberry coulis, sprinkled with home-made marshmallows and crumble; and The Peach - Lychee sorbet with juicy peaches, raspberry sauce, redcurrant and French Jurancon wine jelly.

International Beer Fest at Mariners’ Rest

Housed in one of Hong Kong’s landmark buildings, Hullett House, a small gastropub called Mariners’ Rest is bringing back the tradition of both great food and pub culture. Introducing the new Bottled Real Ale by Fuller’s including London Pride, E.S.B., London Porter, Indian Pale Ale and Honey Dew.
