Choice Hotels International (NYSE:CHH) today announced the relocation of its regional offices in Phoenix. Currently, Choice Hotels Phoenix-based operations run out of two office locations. The planned spring 2010 move will allow the consolidation of the Phoenix operations to one location.

The new office will be located at 6811 East Mayo Boulevard at the southwest corner of the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road interchange. The approximately 90,000 square foot area will feature an onsite cafeteria, outdoor patio, training rooms, meeting space, covered parking and a dedicated 24/7 customer support call center area.

"We utilized input from our associates to help us determine the location, amenities and workplace design that best fit their needs and our business objectives," said Stephen P. Joyce, President and Chief Executive Officer of Choice Hotels International. "Most importantly, we are excited about the opportunity to have all of our Phoenix-based teams under one roof."

The new building is owned by an affiliate of Denver-based Miller Global Properties. Miller Global Properties, one of America's most experienced real estate companies, develops and acquires office buildings, hotels and mixed-use properties throughout the United States and Europe.

"We are delighted that with the assistance of Phoenix City officials and staff, we have been able to accommodate the prestigious Choice Hotels regional office," said Jim Miller, President of Miller Global.

Choice Hotels and Miller Global Properties worked with City of Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, Councilwoman Peggy Neely and several instrumental members of the City of Phoenix Economic Development Department to make this relocation a success for the city and Choice Hotels.

"Phoenix's skilled workforce is a perfect fit for high-quality business service operations such as Choice Hotels International," said Mayor Phil Gordon. "Our commitment to help businesses like this succeed brings hundreds of new high-wage jobs and solid career opportunities to our residents."

"We are pleased that Choice Hotels International chose Northeast Phoenix as the new location for their regional offices," said Councilwoman Peggy Neely. "This announcement marks a long-term commitment to a community that is a perfect fit for a respected industry leader."
