. David Greydanus has been named senior vice president - brand management for Hilton Hotels Corporation's (NYSE:HLT) recently unveiled The Waldorf=Astoria Collection(R). He most recently served as senior vice president - brand management for Embassy Suites Hotels. He will continue to report to Tom Keltner; president brand performance and development group.
In his new position, Greydanus will be responsible for the product definition, marketing, and unit development of The Waldorf=Astoria Collection around the world. Greydanus has been involved in the hospitality business for 25 years, 15 with Hilton/Promus/Doubletree. During that time he has served as director of sales/marketing, general manager, sr. director of field sales/marketing; area vice president of operations; regional vice-president of operations for Doubletree and Embassy Suites, and senior vice president of operations for a portfolio of 98 company managed Embassy Suites and Hilton Suites Hotels. He had been the Embassy Suites brand manager since February 2003.
