Les Clefs d ‘Or USA has awarded Scott Chappell, Concierge at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa membership into the elite organization.

Scott joins an elite group of Fairmont concierge professionals who share this appointment including Tom Wolfe, Chief Concierge at the Fairmont San Francisco and founder of the Les Clefs d'Or concierge association in the U.S. Scott shares, “I am so honored to be accepted into this prestigious organization, as leaders in service delivery, a concierge is the ultimate role model of service excellence.”

Kelley Cosgrove, General Manager of the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa adds, “The concierge role has a powerful impact on the overall service and profitability of any hotel environment. Les Clefs d’Or USA is an organization that seeks to improve the guest experience by creatively catering to the travelers needs and providing the highest level of personalized service. We are quite proud of both Scott’s and Judy’s accomplishments.”
