Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) announced today that they completed the sale of the 206-room Westin Embassy Row in Washington DC, the 264-room Sheraton Suites San Diego in CA and the Sheraton Framingham in MA to Pyramid Hotels Opportunity Venture II of Boston, MA for a total of $146 million. The three hotels will continue to fly their Starwood branded flags under long-term license agreements.
