Sir Rocco Forte, Chairman of The Rocco Forte Collection, the leading luxury hotel group in Europe, has become the second only Briton to be inducted into the University of Houston’s Hospitality Hall of Honour, after his father Lord Charles Forte.

The illustrious Hall of Honour, established to recognise those hospitality leaders who have made an extraordinary contribution to international business, is one of the highest accolades in the industry; and it is only the third time in the 43 year history of the programme that two generations of the same family have been recognised, after the Hiltons and Marriotts.

Now part of this elite group, which also includes Walt Disney, Sir Rocco will have a permanent display of his achievements at the University of Houston’s Conrad N.Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, one of the world’s leading hospitality schools.
