The ProHost Installation Replaces the Former Front-of-House System in Nine High-Profile Restaurants

CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NTN Communications, Inc. (Amex: NTN), a leader in interactive communications and entertainment products for the hospitality industry, announced today that it has installed the ProHost integrated suite of front-of-house solutions in nine restaurants throughout the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.

The partnership represents a change in vendors for the luxury hotel and casino resort, which opened on April 28, 2005. The original front-of-house technology implemented by Wynn Las Vegas proved insufficient to manage the large volume of the premiere dining establishments within the resort, resulting in Wynn seeking a more integrated, dynamic solution. They found that solution with the NTN ProHost suite of products, which was installed recently in 9 high-profile restaurants across the resort, including Okada, SW Steakhouse, Tableau, Country Club Grill, Bartalotta, Alex, Daniel Boulud, Wing Lei and Corsa.

"NTN Hospitality Technology's ProHost reservation product is the centerpiece of our busy restaurant reservation operation," said Phil Romeo, Director of Restaurant and Show Reservations for Wynn Las Vegas. "Our restaurant managers appreciate the convenience of viewing all of their reservations, guest lists and forecasts with ease, and each of them has been able to establish a detailed customer profile based on the enormously useful information compiled by ProHost. From a reservation management perspective, the administrative module gives us unprecedented flexibility in changing seating limits and table configurations on a daily basis to meet prevailing business trends. The innovative user access feature allows us to better control the large population of system users throughout our property and the ProHost reservations blocking feature delivers the versatility we need to manage reservation demand from a wide audience -- whether our call center or web-based clientele. I have utilized the NTN ProHost product in Las Vegas over the past six years and have watched the software evolve significantly during that time. NTN has constantly looked toward their clients for providing vital insight and feedback to create the definitive program for this unique and challenging market."

The installation of the ProHost suite enables them to seamlessly manage the large volume of visitors to their dining establishments, streamlining and connecting reservations and dining room management across their highest volume restaurants.

Individually, each ProHost product in the Wynn restaurants addresses a specific need: dramatically simplifying reservations and streamlining dining room management through customized software applications. Collectively, they become even more powerful, seamlessly linking with Point of Sale systems to create a unified platform that improves speed of service, increases operational efficiency, and enhances reporting capabilities throughout the restaurants. The integration of the ProHost products also enables staff to make reservations and view wait lists and dining room status for every restaurant on the network at access points throughout the resort.

Commenting on the partnership, Stan Kinsey, Chairman and CEO of NTN Communications stated: "We are delighted that Wynn Resorts has selected NTN to provide integrated front-of-house solutions in restaurants throughout their establishment. The partnership represents yet another example of the increasing importance of utilizing technologies that integrate across multiple platforms, resulting in streamlined operations and more robust reporting tools for the operator, and a more satisfying experience for the guests."
