Gastronomicom

Presentation:

Gastronomicom is an International Culinary Academy located in the south of France.
The culinary institute offers hands-on courses in French cooking and pastry (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 7 months, 1 year) as well as French lessons and internship. 
The classes are conducted in English.
We provide the lodging during all the program.

The programs have been elaborated for both professionals and beginners who desire to improve their skills in French cooking or pastry, by providing exclusive hands-on classes at one Michelin star’s level with highly experienced teachers.
