Since its creation 50 years ago, our school has embodied, every day, the passion for teaching that drove its founder, Gaston Lenôtre. Generations of chefs who have followed one another here are inspired by the same desire to defend and promote French gastronomic heritage.
The Lenôtre School offers long-term training programs in cooking, pastry, and baking for adults looking to train or retrain, advanced workshops for professionals wanting to deepen their skills, personalized training and consulting to support you in your projects, as well as team-building sessions and culinary workshops in pastry and cooking
