Executive Sous Chef à la carte (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
What you will do:
Oversee production for Brasserie VUE, Lobby, Bellevue Bar and Room Service in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Responsibility for the production of all dishes in the outlets in accordance with the defined restaurant concept and the specified recipes.
Responsibility for serving food during service hours, in accordance with LQA and in-house standards and our highest quality requirements.
In co-operation with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, supervision and planning of the teams.
Responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Constructive collaboration in the further development of all F&B outlets by contributing your ideas and experience.
Co-monitoring of compliance with current hygiene standards (HACCP).
Responsibility for compliance with working hours and target achievement within the assigned shifts.
Shared responsibility for achieving the budget.
Assistance with stocktaking and ordering.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Who you are :
Knowledge of German and/or English, French an advantage.
Trained chef with several years of experience in a similar position in the 5-star hotel industry, professional examination an advantage.
Traditional and culinary excellent cooking style with modern and international elements.
Well-groomed appearance and good manners.
Enjoy leading a young and ambitious kitchen team.
Committed and ‘hands-on’ personality.
A strong sense of responsibility for the whole organisation.
