The Airelles Venice, located on the island of Giudecca, offers an exclusive experience through 45 unique rooms and suites, distributed in three historic buildings: Palladio, Villa Frollo and Conventino. You can indulge in five gastronomic proposals, from Venetian-inspired cuisine to Sino-Peruvian fusion, enjoying a large wellness area of 1,700 m2, including hammam, sauna, swimming pool and gyms. The property also features versatile venues for events, a kids club and a lush secluded garden.

General:
- Provide personalised assistance to guests to convey a sense of recognition and support to each of them in the quality of their stay at the hotel.
- Coordinating daily operation with the F&B Reservation Department
- Welcoming guests and carrying out entry and exit checks
- Responding to and assisting guests with all their requests (restaurant reservations, concierge services).
- Keeping all hotel departments informed of customer preferences and feedback
- Ensuring proper dissemination of information and coordination between departments in handling customer requests organising the hostess team
- Visit the hotel with potential future customers of the hotel/restaurant, who generally come to the reception desk to ask for information.
- Enhance and promote the guest experiences offered by the hotel.
- Ensure quality of service and compliance with LQA standards.
- Manage the various back office activities related to guests on a daily basis (email processing, invoicing, back office, etc.).
- Be a driving force in the development of the ‘Experience’ service

Required skills:
- Previous experience in the same role and in 5-star luxury hotels
- Excellent knowledge of languages
- Accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, concise and professional guidance in both verbal and written form
- Knowledge of various IT tools
