The Airelles Venice, located on the island of Giudecca, offers an exclusive experience through 45 unique rooms and suites, distributed in three historic buildings: Palladio, Villa Frollo and Conventino. You can indulge in five gastronomic proposals, from Venetian-inspired cuisine to Sino-Peruvian fusion, enjoying a large wellness area of 1,700 m2, including hammam, sauna, swimming pool and gyms. The property also features versatile venues for events, a kids club and a lush secluded garden.

General: - Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the catering service - Checking that the room is always set up according to company standards and LQA standards - Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the service - Ensuring the accuracy and correct presentation of menus - Ensure that guests are welcomed, guided and seated and that the quality of service is maintained - Keeping track of guest feedback - Contributing to the development of the hotel's image quality - Ensure a warm welcome and experience for guests - Listening to guests and providing solutions tailored to their needs - Being responsible on issues of safety (material and human), ‘breakage’ and other ‘waste’ - Being responsible for ensuring that materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly - Actively cooperate with one's own colleagues and with colleagues in other departments - Have a positive and friendly attitude within the team
Desirable qualifications - Previous experience in the same role at 5-star luxury hotels - Knowledge of Italian and English, another language is considered a plus - Excellent communication and problem solving skills - Passion for gastronomy and high quality service
