Demi chef Pātisserie -Summer 2025 (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Production of the daily varying dessert creations for our half-board menus, à la carte desserts and generous dessert buffets and banquets
Creation of cream, crème and fruit tarts for our daily changing cake buffet
Production of various ice creams and sorbets
Stand in for Chef Patissier in his absence
PROFILE REQUIRED
Completed training as a confectioner or similar training
Several years of professional experience in the field of patisserie (hotel business)
Creative personality with own ideas
Responsible and independent
Good language skills in French and / or English, knowledge of German an advantage
