Spa Manager (yearly contract) (M/F)





DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the spa operation (treatments, pool, wellness)
  • Contact, reception and advice to our international guests, sale and advice on "Nescens" treatments and products.
  • Managing the reservation plan for treatments and massages
  • Active participation during the treatments
  • Supervising the fitness room and instructing customers on the equipment
  • Responsible for an attractive and innovative SPA offer
  • Promotion of SPAs and the various activities offered
  • Supervision and assistance with various cleaning tasks in the entire pool & wellness area
  • Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment
  • Monitoring compliance with safety instructions for employees and customers
  • Control of technical installations and daily water control
  • Compliance with hygiene guidelines and our ISO quality management standards
  • Control and compliance with Swiss Deluxe and Leading Quality Standards
  • Familiarisation and regular training of employees
  • Scheduling of employees, control of days off and co-determination in the selection of his employees
  • Achieve sales targets, ensure the profitability of the SPA
  • Management of stocks of sales articles, cleaning products, hygiene articles, medicines, bandages and drinks
PROFILE REQUIRED
  • Professional experience in a similar position, first leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a beautician / masseuse in the luxury hotel industry
  • Very good language skills in German, English and French, other languages an advantage
  • Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, resilience
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
