Front office manager (yearly contract) (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Prepare for the arrival of clients D-3. Ensure the retrieval of all necessary information for the smooth running of our guests' stay.
Provide a warm, personalized welcome that meets the quality standards of the establishment and strive to offer our clients a true experience.
Take care of guests before, during, and after their arrival.
Complete and ensure follow-up on client profiles.
Ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure the safety of clients.
Handle client complaints by providing solutions.
Facilitate communication between various departments.
Manage the hotel’s central cash register.
Control discounts and cancellations.
Ensure billing accuracy.
Follow-up on pending invoices and the hotel’s accounts receivable.
Plan, organize, and oversee the work of your team while maintaining a strong "on-the-ground" presence.
Lead your team: activity updates, briefings, managing activity times, etc.
Recruit and train new employees.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Having an hotel management degree.
Having at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or as an assistant.
Creative and enthusiastic personality.
A sense of responsibility, organization, and communication is essential.
Good team spirit and leadership skills to help teams achieve given objectives.
Proactive and able to propose ideas.
Good listening skills and responsiveness.
Solid management knowledge.
Very good knowledge of English with an additional language (ideally German, French, or Italian).
Good computer skills.
