Executive Housekeeper (M/F)





DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
  • Organize and supervise the service regarding cleanliness, service quality, and the neat presentation of the premises
  • Ensure the proper functioning of housekeeping and laundry services
  • Oversee the implementation and compliance qith quality and safety standards
  • Plan and monitor daily cleaning tasks
  • Respond to guest requestes and follow up on complaints
  • Inspecht the cleanliness of guest rooms as well as public areas
  • Conduct inventories
  • Manage the team and actively particapate in recruitment
  • Train new employees according to LQA standards
PROFILE REQUIRED
  • A background in hospitality managment
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • A creativ and enthusiastic personality
  • A strong sense of responsibility, organisation and communication is essential
  • Good teamwork and leadership skills to guide the team in achieving objectives
  • Excellent command of Englisch, with knowledge of an additional language (ideally German, French or Italian)
  • Good computer skills
