Executive Housekeeper (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Organize and supervise the service regarding cleanliness, service quality, and the neat presentation of the premises
Ensure the proper functioning of housekeeping and laundry services
Oversee the implementation and compliance qith quality and safety standards
Plan and monitor daily cleaning tasks
Respond to guest requestes and follow up on complaints
Inspecht the cleanliness of guest rooms as well as public areas
Conduct inventories
Manage the team and actively particapate in recruitment
Train new employees according to LQA standards
PROFILE REQUIRED
A background in hospitality managment
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
A creativ and enthusiastic personality
A strong sense of responsibility, organisation and communication is essential
Good teamwork and leadership skills to guide the team in achieving objectives
Excellent command of Englisch, with knowledge of an additional language (ideally German, French or Italian)
Good computer skills
