PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Staff Management: Recruitment, training, supervision, and continuous performance development of kitchen staff.
Planning and Organization: Menu development in collaboration with the Executive Chef, establishment of staff schedules, and organization of departmental meetings.
Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintenance of tools and work areas, adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and implementation of cleaning schedules.
Quality and Product Control: Inspection and selection of foodstuffs, cooperation with the Storeroom for proper storage and rotation of products, and verification of the quality of orders.
Administration and Replacement: Management of administrative tasks (leave requests, absences), replacement of the Executive Chef during their absence, and prevention of workplace accidents.
What You Bring:
Training in Hospitality and Catering, specializing in Culinary, Mediterranean cuisine knowledge is appreciated.
Proven multiple outlet management experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel on an island.
Excellent understanding of culinary basics and a passion for cooking.
Strong interpersonal skills for team management and cooperation within the kitchen, and effective stress management during peak activity periods.
Strong administrative skills.
