Your responsibilities • Co-responsibility of the management of the entire area of housekeeping, lingerie, cleaning public areas and floristry. In the absence of the Executive Housekeeper, the overall responsibility of these areas. • Led the team of approximately 25 employees • Assistance with work planning and time management • Assistance in the training of HOFA apprentices • Implementation of quality standards (LQA) • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations • Inventory of small material • Duty services
Your Profile • Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry • Sound experience in the 4* or 5* hotel industry, if possible in a similar position • Eye for detail • Committed and warm personality with flair for dealing with guests and employees • Resilience and flexibility • Ability to think in a networked way • Very good written and spoken English language skills as well as German and/or French is an advantage
