The Airelles Venice, located on the island of Giudecca, offers an exclusive experience through 45 unique rooms and suites, distributed in three historic buildings: Palladio, Villa Frollo and Conventino. General: - Provide personalised assistance to guests to convey a sense of recognition and support to each of them in the quality of their stay at the hotel. - Preparing and monitoring guests before, during and after their stay. - Personalised welcome in the room and participation in pre-check-ins - Welcoming guests and carrying out entry and exit checks - Responding to and assisting guests with all their requests (itineraries, restaurant reservations, concierge services). - Keeping all hotel departments informed of customer preferences and feedback - Ensuring proper dissemination of information and coordination between departments in handling customer requests. - Visit the hotel with potential future customers of the hotel/restaurant, who generally come to the reception desk to ask for information. - Participate in room fittings (birthday parties, honeymoons). - Enhance and promote the guest experiences offered by the hotel. - Manage departure gifts and monitor stock levels and inventory on a weekly basis. - Ensure quality of service and compliance with LQA standards. - Manage the various back office activities related to guests on a daily basis (email processing, invoicing, back office, etc.). - Be a driving force in the development of the ‘Experience’ service
Required skills: - Previous experience in the same role and in 5-star luxury hotels - Excellent knowledge of languages - Accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, problem solving - Excellent interpersonal skills with guests - Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, concise and professional guidance in both verbal and written form - Knowledge of various IT tools
