Guests can indulge in five dining options, from Venetian-inspired cuisine to Peruvian Japanese fusion, while enjoying an expansive 1,700 m2 wellness area, including hammams, saunas, pools, and fitness areas. The property also boasts versatile event venues, a dedicated kids club for families, and a hidden lush garden.”

General:
• Supervise a team of therapists, overseeing recruitment, scheduling and training in line with Qualitelis (LQA) procedures and standards as well as the Guerlain brand protocols.
• Build strong relationships with customers and members to ensure loyalty, keeping an up-to-date database of their specific preferences and needs.
• Manage the reception of customers, treatment planning, invoicing and payment.
• Supervise the financial management of the spa, analyse the results with the management and define the objectives.
• Perform commercial actions to increase retail revenues.
• Keep your team informed of hotel updates, environmental news and customer/member information to ensure outstanding service.
• Address and resolve any complaints or feedback related to the service, ensuring that management is kept informed.

Profile wanted
• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Origin from the Luxury sector.
• Ability to anticipate and versatility.
• Discretion, rigour and attention to detail are key to your success in this role.
