As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of culinary production, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the highest quality standards are met while adhering to established menus. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and contribute to the success of a prestigious company.
Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations: Oversee all culinary activities, ensuring the highest quality, presentation, and taste for every dish served according to the established menu.
Menu execution: Ensure the proper preparation and execution of meals based on the pre-established menu, maintaining consistency, quality, and taste in all dishes.
Manage kitchen staff: Supervise, motivate, and train kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and adherence to company standards.
Ensure food safety compliance: Maintain strict adherence to aviation and health standards, including HACCP regulations, food safety protocols, and hygiene practices.
Inventory and budget control: Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Quality control and consistency: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in quality across all orders.
Optimize kitchen efficiency: Streamline kitchen processes and workflows to increase productivity and ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining exceptional quality.
Requirements:
European passport or work permit for Europe (Paris, France).
Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is desirable.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, particularly in luxury catering or Michelin-star establishments.
Extensive knowledge of high-end cuisine, with skills in both savory and pastry preparation.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and multiple tasks under pressure.
Ability to manage costs, create budgets, and optimize kitchen operations for maximum efficiency.
A passion for maintaining high culinary standards and improving kitchen operations.
Additional Information:
Location: Villepinte, with operations at Le Bourget Airport.
Training: Training in Paris will cover processes specific to business aviation and HACCP procedures.
Flexibility: The role requires adaptability in terms of working hours and handling special requests.
Salary: €5,000 per month.
