Production of the daily varying dessert creations for our half-board menus, à la carte desserts and generous dessert buffets and banquets
Creation of cream and fruit tarts for our daily changing cake buffet
Production of various ice creams and sorbets
PROFILE REQUIRED
Completed training as a confectioner
First professional experience in the field of patisserie
Good language skills in French or English, basic knowledge of German an advantage
Creative personality with own ideas
Responsible and independent
