Join the culinary team of the Four Seasons London, with Yannick Alléno !

We are offering you the opportunity to join the Pavyllon restaurant team as a Pastry Sous-Chef.

La mission:

Principaly tasks :

  • To work in harmony with all the departments of the establishment;

  • To be able to organise your working time in an optimal way;

  • Take part in the implementation of the various services;

  • Ensure the quality and deadlines of the food sent;

  • Participate in the management and stocking of goods;

  • Checking the cleanliness and tidiness of your service.



Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Job location : Four Seasons London - Hamilton Place, Park Lane, London W1J 7DR



Profile required :

  • Fluency in English is mandatory;

  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations;

  • Good presentation;

  • One confirmed experience in a similar position required;

  • Ability to work in a team and alone, and to communicate effectively;

  • Reliability, punctuality, team spirit;

  • Autonomy and resistance to stress.



ADVANTAGES :

If you're not English, we'll take care of your visa.

Salary : 45,000 pounds per year excluding service charges.
